From week commencing Monday 13th November 2023, St Monica Trust will begin the construction of Block D (to be built on the vacant land opposite Somerdale Pavilion). This 5-storey building will offer 44 independent living apartments.
What does this mean as a user of Somerdale Pavilion?
From week commencing Monday 13th November 2023, the 6 disabled bays outside of Somerdale Pavilion will be relocated next to bike park within the main car park. These new disabled bays will now be under the watch of the ANPR camera and full parking terms and conditions apply (see the parking section of our website).
On Monday 27th November 2023 the entrance to the main Somerdale Pavilion car park will change. To enter the car park, the new entrance will be off Trajectus Way. The car park will still be controlled by SmartParking ANPR cameras and there will be no changes to the terms and conditions of our car park. Please see the map below and give yourself an extra 5 minutes when attending site for the first time after this date. Directional signage will also be installed. There will be no change in accessing Somerdale Pavilion’s lower car park.

GETTING HERE
Somerdale Pavilion is located near Keynsham train station, which is a convenient 10-minute ride from Bath Spa and only six minutes away from Bristol Temple Meads.
Exit the station up the ramps onto Station Road. Somerdale Pavilion is on Tiberius Road in The Chocolate Quarter (on the site of the former Cadbury’s factory).

DOG RULES FOR VISITORS
Dogs are welcome on our patio area but we ask that you keep them on a lead at all times. However, we do not allow dogs on our grass areas under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
